I’m Luke Vincent, owner of General Construction Services, Inc. I graduated from Eastern Washington University with a BA in Business Administration, where I also had the opportunity to play football.
After college, I returned to my hometown of Pasco, Washington, and began working in the family construction business, Mark Vincent Construction — a company that proudly served the Tri-Cities area for over 40 years.
I worked under my father’s leadership throughout high school and for several years after college before deciding to branch out and start my own company. In 2005, my brother Drew and I launched Vincent Brothers, LLP. We began with 100% residential projects, but over time our work shifted to about 70% commercial and industrial.
In 2016, my wife Kelly and I made the decision to relocate to Idaho to raise our three children in a small, rural community — something we had always dreamed of.
We settled in Deary, where we now run a small farm. Kelly teaches science at Deary High School, and our kids are involved in a variety of school activities, sports, and clubs. That same year, we established General Construction Services, Inc. to serve Latah County and the surrounding area.
Although new to Idaho at the time, I brought decades of construction experience with me and understood the challenges of building a reputable company from the ground up.
With the help of our growing team — including Alex Paulk as Project Manager, Kalab Rickerd as a skilled carpenter, and my son Wyatt, who is working through high school and may one day follow in my footsteps — GCS has become a trusted name in the region.
Our reputation has been built on quality work, honest communication, and a strong work ethic. Most of our business comes from word of mouth, and we’re proud to be known as a company that shows up, works hard, and gets the job done right.

With Vincent Brothers, LLP, we began with 100% residential projects, but over time our work shifted to about 70% commercial and industrial. Our projects ranged from new home construction to a 5,000-square-foot greenhouse for a local college and a lab remodel for Pacific Northwest National Laboratory.
Now with General Construction Services, we primarily focus on roofing, siding, pole barns, home building, and full-service remodeling. So, you can trust that with our vast construction experience – we can more than exceed your expectations in all things “home construction!”

I graduated from the University of Idaho with a degree in Operations Management and have always had a passion for building things the right way. I grew up in the Northwest and take a lot of pride in being part of projects that improve the communities around us.
