Our barn roof was damaged by a windstorm in December 2025. Our insurance appraiser estimated the cost to replace the damaged panels was less than our deductable so we were responsible out of pocket for the repairs. We contacted GCS, and Alex came out to give us an estimate for the repairs. His bid for parts and labor was less than the insurance estimate. We have also had leaks in other areas of the roof. Alex noticed the origional installers had used screws that were too small. He suggested removing the screws and replacing with the larger proper size and installing aditional screws to spec fastener pattern. They were able to come right away before weather got bad again, and did an outstanding job. We were very impressed by the level of professionalism and ease of interaction. We have no complaints! They go above and beyond in customer service. We have worked with them on 3 projects (one of which is not complete yet and I will be writing a review when it is) They represent great quality workmanship, honesty, integrity, job completed in a timely manner, they clean up after themselves you will not have to walk around picking up empty drink bottles, garbage and debris, they take pride in what they do, you will not find them standing around on there cell phones. Luke, Alex and Caleb put up with all of my questions and non sense and are always kind and patient. I have not seen anything they are not capable of doing or willing to take on and do it well.
